Hi my goals here:
1. Learn to eat healthy.
2. Get an Actual physique.
Approximately 185 solid oh I'm 170 now
my weight issues a little different.
3. Increased cardio.
4. maintaining and increase my flexibility.
5. Add inches to my vertical leap.
6. show someone else.
Ok real quick lived very fast life did all the bad
got rid of most I'm 46 and survived plan doing it another 46.
I eat multiple times a day and don't gain weight but it's junk.
