  • Down to mid 260s (from high 280s in January). In summer of 2020, I wore 4XL shirts, I’m currently wearing XL shirts.
  • I’m no marine but I’ve had more than three weeks of Hell in my lifetime ;)
  • Goggins is the only marine to have gone through hell week three times. If anyone could manage their body under extreme circumstances, it would be him. That's far beyond my desire. You keep doing you, because it looks like it's paying off.
