This is a group for people who don't want to spend a ton of money on healthy foods, or can't due to budget restraints or a large family.

For years I have been an "extreme couponer" looking for all the sales and freebies. Now I am having to learn how to apply that to more expensive foods, and still fit it into a tight budget for a family of seven.

Join me, and let's share tips and secrets to getting the food we want, on a budget we can enjoy.
